Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

Als Network Specialist Voice and Data (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie den IT-Produkt/Service-Verantwortlichen beim Betrieb der professionellen Netzwerk Infrastruktur am Standort. Sie unterstützen bei der Integration neuer Systeme in die IT-Infrastruktur.

  • Systemadministration LAN, WLAN und WAN-Anbindungen (hautsächlich Cisco-basiert)
  • Systemadministration TK-Anlagen und SBC's (Unify, Astimax, Mitel und Audiocodes)
  • Administration diverser Provider-Anschlüsse und der On-Prem-Verkabelung (Glas und CU)
  • Möglichkeit zu 50% HomeOffice Arbeit (mobile Arbeit)
  • Rufbereitschaft für unsere hochfunktionale und redundante Daten- und Voice-Netzwerk Infrastruktur am Standort
Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung oder Studium in einem der MINT-Fächer
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen in der Netzwerkadministration und dem Netzwerkmonitoring
  • Zertifizierungen im Bereich CCNA, CCNP sowie AudioCodes-SBC oder Unify-/Mitel-TK-Anlagen sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen in VoIP und SIP
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B
