Dein Impact:

Als (Senior) Consultant Project Management (m/w/d) verantwortest du das agile Projektmanagement im Rahmen von Innovations- und Transformationsprojekten.

  • Transformation: Bei der Steuerung und Koordination von Projekten übernimmst du von der Entwurfsphase über die Entwicklung bis hin zum Roll-out eine aktive Rolle
  • Verantwortung: Du verantwortest das Management und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagement- und Knowledge-Management-Plattformen, bist für die Integration von Upgrades und den Ausbau von Funktionalitäten, zuständig
  • Aufgabenvielfalt: Neben der Ausarbeitung von Best Practices, beteiligst du dich bei der Durchführung von Meetings, Workshops und Schulungsformaten
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse im Hinblick auf Optimierungs-, Digitalisierungs- bzw. Automatisierungsbedarf
Dein Skillset:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschafts- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie dem Abschluss von Projektmanagement-Zertifikaten (bspw. Scrum Master) wünschenswert
  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Rechnungslegung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder der Financial Services Industry sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Deutsch/Englisch),sowie vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
