Software Engineer Intern/Working Student

Starting date: April 2024
Our compensation package:  €13-15/hour for Working Students (20h/week), €2,250/month for Interns (40h/week)

Contract type: Working student (20h/week) or internship (40h/week)
Office location: Preferably in Munich. Remote within Germany is possible


Your role 


You write the code that turns our breakthrough technology into a great product. You support us in delivering the insights that create value for our customers. Working in a multidisciplinary team you maximize code quality and system reliability, contributing to the software platform that supports our AI technology. With your drive for impact and problem-solving skills, you join us on our way to scalable and robust AI-powered imaging.

Your day-to-day


  • Collaborate with our diverse software team to tackle software challenges and contribute to our cutting-edge projects.

  • Enhance our codebase by implementing new features and improvements.

  • Develop libraries and APIs to support various team needs.

  • Create automated tests to maintain our software quality.

  • Manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment.

  • Monitor software performance in test environments to ensure functionality.

Your expertise and qualities


  • You have experience in Python or are eager to deepen your knowledge

  • You've been exposed to VCSs like git

  • You have familiarity with Linux-based systems

  • You have written tests or understand the importance of testing in software development

  • Experience or coursework related to DB integration is a plus

  • Exposure to API development is beneficial

  • Knowledge or interest in containerization tools like Docker is a plus
