Job Description

In this role you have the opportunity to

lead end-to-end project development for hardware solutions with link to software, overseeing the process from the design change initiation to global market introduction. You'll be responsible for defining project scope and objectives, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with project guidelines and directives.

Your role

  • Coordinating development efforts across multinational teams in China, India, Brazil, and Germany

  • Facilitating workshops, meetings, and presenting project plans to senior stakeholders

  • Updating project reporting systems and adhering to project guidelines

  • Enhancing project management practices at Philips for improved efficiency

  • Collaborating with the project management team to achieve program objectives

  • Introducing new processes and tools for better project execution

  • Reporting to the HPM PMO Sustaining Group Lead and collaborating with various stakeholders to accomplish program goals

Youâre the right fit if you

  • have bachelorâs degree in a relevant engineering field. An advanced degree is a plus.

  • have at least 1 year of experience with project management and/or product development.

  • have a good mindset to be able to plan projects and have the understanding about Project Management, including the ability to balance scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

  • excel in communication and stakeholder management, are a team player, have a positive attitude and solutions driven mindset and can follow-up on things with team members.

  • possess excellent English and German language skills.
