What to expect

• Design and develop a comprehensive target architecture vision, considering business requirements and sustainability, and collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels, including directors, heads, and technical and marketing departments
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to management on technological and architectural issues related to system development and integration
• Drive the specification of architecture and design patterns for developing digital architecture and microservices based solutions
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies, platforms, and frameworks, and incorporate them into the planning process
• Provide technical oversight and direction for the implementation of new tools, technologies, solutions, and methodologies
• Collaborate closely with development departments to operationalize the IT architecture and ensure alignment with business units
• Prepare and coordinate concepts, guidelines, and other documentation, working closely with internal departments and customers
• Manage architecture and design activities, including larger strategic programs, and actively monitor compliance with architecture specifications
• Actively contribute to knowledge management and foster know-how transfer within the organization
• Coordinate with development departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of architectural solutions

What you bring

• University degree or equivalent experience (and training) in the field of computer science.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture, including technical architecture, integration architecture, data architecture, and application architecture, preferably in the telecommunications or similar industry
• Proven track record of architecting and designing solutions across hybrid application landscapes, including legacy applications, microservices, and open-source technologies
• Experience in leading and implementing technology prototypes, proof of concepts, and reference implementations
• Successful experience in planning and executing technological transformation projects in the telecommunications industry, including migration to the public cloud and digitization processes
• Strong technical understanding and knowledge of current and future technologies, such as 5G, NFV, microservices architecture, AI, machine learning, and data platforms
• Hands-on experience with container-based technologies like Docker, Compose, and Kubernetes
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders and delivering technology enterprise architecture with clear business outcome-driven roadmaps
• Proven track record of successfully defining and implementing strategic programs in the telecommunication industry
• Outcome-oriented and self-organized with a proactive approach
• Experience working in multicultural international project teams
• Fluent in business English
