We are looking for a Product Owner who excels at managing outcomes and stakeholder relationships. You will collaborate with internal customers, guiding them to define their needs and driving alignment with business objectives. With a strong focus on communication and negotiation, you will ensure clarity in priorities and outcomes. You'll actively work with development teams and own critical clarifications and decisions while ensuring the delivery of high-value features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, translating business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, aligning with long-term product goals.
  • Actively work with the development team throughout the process, providing decisions and clarifications when necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track business metrics that drive platform success and business outcomes.
  • Identify and address risks and issues impacting feature development and delivery.
  • Steer the organization from project-based to product-centric management.
Profil

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, focusing on outcome-driven product management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage internal customers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or relevant experience through another degree that enables for technical understanding of product development.
  • Comfortable working in agile frameworks (SCRUM) and teams, with an ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Background in ecommerce (payment, billing, invoicing) and platform projects
  • Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
