Als Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d) für den Bereich Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) wirst du die Serviceorganisation der Zone als technischer Experte in der Modality Community anleiten und fungierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen innerhalb der Zone. Du wirst Teil eines innovativen und aufstrebenden Teams in Service Operations DACH. Gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkolleg*innen führst du mit deiner Expertise zu einer stetigen Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit und einer schnellen, wirtschaftlichen Problemlösung unter Einhaltung des Medizinproduktegesetz (MPG).

Dein Job:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Reparaturen und Konfigurationsanpassungen, auch per Remote und ggf. an Fremdsystemen

  • Bearbeitung und Management von Eskalationen bis Level 2 und 3, inklusive Ursachenanalyse, Erstellung und Umsetzung von Lösungsansätzen und Action Plans sowie Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern und Business Units

  • Enger Kontakt zum Kunden und aktives Management von Eskalationssituationen durch professionelle Kommunikation zur Erreichung von Kundenzufriedenheit und Kundenakzeptanz

  • Bewertung von Eskalationen hinsichtlich erforderlicher Kapazität und Priorisierung

  • Analyse von Datenströmen/Log Fileszur Identifikation von Fehlerursachen und Entwicklung kundenspezifischer,technologie-übergreifender Lösungen

  • Anleitung und Ausbildung von Kolleg*innen sowie Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Best Practices

  • Lösung von komplexen IT-/Netzwerkstörungen und Unterstützung/Beratung des Kunden sowie interner Stakeholder (Vertrieb und Project Manager*innen) bei technischen Fragen

  • Dokumentation aller Tätigkeiten und Erstellung technischer Berichte gemäß Philips-Qualitätskriterien, sowie Meldung sicherheitsrelevanter Mängel oder Risiken

  • Kreierung von Awareness über komplexe Eskalationen in Richtung Senior Leadership - sowohl in der Business Unit (BU) als auch im Markt

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsinitiativen und Mitarbeit am Daily Management

Der Job passt zu dir, wenn:

  • Du ein Studium der Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ein vergleichbares Studium abgeschlossen hast

  • Du idealerweise mind. 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung und ausgeprägte medizintechnische sowie IT-Kenntnisse mitbringst

  • Du betriebswirtschaftliche Basiskenntnisse und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern) hast

  • Du zuverlässig, verbindlich und wortgewandt auftrittst und ausgeprägtes Kundenmanagement betreibst

  • Du durchsetzungsfähig bist und über Erfahrung im Eskalationsmanagement verfügst

  • Du teamfähig, flexibel und bereit zur Wochenendarbeit bist

  • Du sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse hast und überregionale Mobilität mitbringst

  • Du fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprichst.
