Overall responsibility for disciplinary and technical management of the logistics team, including development and evaluation of employees
Optimisation and monitoring of material flows and internal handling processes in the areas of incoming goods, storage, picking, packing and shipping
Leading the development and implementation of a long-term logistics strategy
Defining and monitoring key performance, quality and productivity indicators for the division
Ensuring target achievement in terms of costs, productivity and adherence to deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Responsibility for budgeting and cost control in the logistics area
Ensuring the availability and maintenance of logistics equipment
Planning staff deployment, taking holidays and training into accountRequirements
Completed studies specialising in logistics or supply chain management
Alternatively, successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional training as a logistics foreman, materials management specialist or materials logistics specialist
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Sound knowledge of lean and project management
Good written and spoken English skillsServices
