Was Du bei uns bewegst
  • Du berätst proaktiv und eigenständig alle Bereiche, Hierarchieebenen und Standorte des Speira-Konzerns, insbesondere in Deutschland und Norwegen, generalistisch.
  • Du bist Hauptansprechpartner für den Bereich Supply Chain und Procurement.
  • Du prüfst, erstellst und verhandelst Verträge in englischer und deutscher Sprache.
  • Du schulst die verschiedenen Abteilungen zu Vertrags- und Haftungsthemen.
  • Du managst Kanzleien und den damit zusammenhängenden Legal Spent.
  • Mit Kreativität, Zielstrebigkeit und Freude an praktischen Lösungen sorgst Du für die Umsetzung Deines Rechtsrats.
  • Du triffst auf ein motivierendes Umfeld, wirst in Prozesse und Entscheidungen involviert und bist dank unserer flachen Hierarchien Teil des gesamten Teams Speira.
Was Dich auszeichnet
  • Du bist Volljurist (m/w/d) und bringst ca. 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens mit.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Offenheit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Pragmatismus, Selbstständigkeit und Teamgeist und Du freust Dich auf ein konstruktives und wertschätzendes Miteinander.
  • Du übernimmst Ownership für deine Arbeitsbeiträge und das Endprodukt. Du triffst gerne Entscheidungen
  • Du siehst Dich als lösungsorientierten Business Partner, der thematisch breit berät, wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge erkennt und das wirtschaftliche Optimum erreichen möchte.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse und berufliche Erfahrung insbesondere in den folgenden Schwerpunkten mit: (internationales) Vertrags- und Handelsrecht, besondere Kenntnisse und Erfahrung hast Du einkaufsseitig im Bereich Werksvertragsrecht, Baurecht und Anlagenbau.
  • Überdurchschnittliche Examensergebnisse, ein MBA bzw. Auslandserfahrung wären ideal.
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
