National Pricing Manager

We are looking for a Manager National Pricing (m/f/d) who is experienced, dedicated and flexible to join us in our Market Access team, based in our German affiliate office in Monheim, Germany.

 

About the role

The general purpose of this position is the support of the German pricing team in all aspects of AMNOG pricing questions for pipeline products as well as for launched products with special emphasis.  on support of price negotiations

 

Who youâll work with

 

You will be part of the local German Market Access team of about 30 colleagues who, in close coordination with local and global partners, embrace and accompany all market access aspects of UCB products during the whole life cycle from pipeline to loss of exclusivity. In an environment built on trust and partnership, the team strives to provide all patients in need with equal access to the therapies they need.

 

What youâll do

 

• Act as key contact in regards to pricing questions for the Global colleagues working on the different pipeline assets
• Support creation of a pricing strategy for our pipeline products
• Liaise with the global pricing team concerning pricing guideline, business cases and approvals
• Support creation of a pricing strategy for our pipeline products
• Preparation for contract negotiations with stakeholders
• Calculation of contracts regarding potential, outcome and profit
• Administration, monitoring and reporting of reimbursement contracts
• Monitoring of the other reimbursement decisions in market and implications for negotiation strategy
• Support of dossier preparations and launch activities from a pricing perspective

 

Interested? For this role weâre looking for the following education, experience, and skills

 

• Masterâs degree in Natural Sciences, Health Economics (or equivalent)
• Relevant experience in the German Market Access environment, especially in regards to AMNOG
• Knowledge of German health care system and relevant pricing processes
• Strong interpersonal skills, capacity to build a personal network to internal and external stakeholders
• Can-do attitude, hands-on problem-solving skills, and ability to keep composure in a dynamic and changing environment
• Strong communication skills in English and German (verbal and written)
