Als Head of Planning (a) spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung unseres Unternehmens, indem Du alle Aspekte der Planung und Prognosen überwachst. Diese Position erfordert eine vorausschauende Persönlichkeit mit außergewöhnlichen analytischen Fähigkeiten, strategischem Weitblick und Führungsqualitäten. In dieser Rolle wirst Du wird eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenarbeiten, um umfassende Pläne zu entwickeln, die das Unternehmenswachstum und die Effizienz fördern.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Leitung der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Pläne im Einklang mit den Zielen des Unternehmens
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen, Konkurrenzforschung und Trendprognosen zur Ermittlung von Chancen und Risiken
  • Verwaltung des jährlichen Budgetierungsprozesses, einschließlich Umsatzprognosen, Ausgabenprognosen und Ressourcenzuweisung
  • Überwachung externer Faktoren, wie z. B. regulatorische Änderungen, wirtschaftliche Bedingungen und geopolitische Ereignisse, um Risiken proaktiv zu steuern
  • Einsatz von statistischen Modellen, Analyse historischer Daten und Marktkenntnissen zur Verbesserung der Prognosegenauigkeit
  • Aufbau und Leitung eines leistungsstarken Planungsteams durch Anleitung, Mentoring und berufliche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten

Dein Profil:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in strategischer Planung, Finanzanalyse und Nachfrageprognose, vorzugsweise in leitender Funktion
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse und frühere Erfahrungen mit der Programmsoftware Primavera P6
  • Beherrschung von Finanzmodellierung, Prognosesoftware und Unternehmensplanungssystemen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens Einfluss zu nehmen und zu verhandeln
  • Fähigkeit, die Kosten und den Arbeitsaufwand sowie den Projektfortschritt auf wöchentlicher Basis zu verfolgen
  • Nachgewiesene Führungsqualitäten, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, Teams für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern und zu motivieren
  • Gute Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
