Sachbearbeiter Master Data, Maintenance & Development (m/w/x) / R-227425

(Teilzeit 22,5 Std. / unbefristet / E8) Ausschreibungsende: 20.03.2024

Aufgaben

  • Pflegen, Anlegen sowie Optimierung von Stammdaten für das Plasma Portal und LOGIC von zum Beispiel globalen Plasmalieferanten und deren komplexer Struktur

  • Benutzerverwaltung von internen und externen Benutzern im Plasma Portal

  • Standortübergreifende Abstimmung zwischen den Lieferanten und Fraktionierern (Bern, Marburg)

  • Überwachung der Aktualität und ggf. Einleitung von Überarbeitungen von

    • SOP s

    • Global Change Notification

    • Spezifikationen

    • LOGIC Certificates

  • Behördenkontakte

    • Überwachung von Globalen Zertifikaten ( 72a Importerlaubnis /GMP- Zertifikate nicht europäischer Lieferanten),

    • Anfrage aktueller Zertifikate ( 72a und GMP) bei dem RP Darmstadt

    • Pflege OMS Datenbank der EMA

  • Unterstützung, Beratung und Schulung von Anwendern (CSL Intern und externe Lieferanten vorwiegend in Englisch)

  • Optimierung von Abläufen und Erstellung von anwenderspezifischen Systemabfragen und Reports

  • Mitarbeit, Umsetzung und Unterstützung der Anwender zur Definition der Benutzeranforderungen an die Softwaresysteme (User Requirements) sowie Test und Abnahme von EDV Programmierungen

  • Fachliche Mitarbeit in globalen und lokalen Projekten

Qualifikationen

  • i i.d.R. abgeschlossene 3,5-jährige Ausbildung z.B. Biologielaboranten

  • Englisch Level 2

  • 1 - 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 2 im IT nahen Bereich

  • fundierte GMP-Kenntnisse

  • Umgang mit Stammdatenpflege und Datenbanken

  • Erfahrung in den nachstehenden Bereichen von Vorteil:

  • Qualitätsmanagement, Dokumentenprüfung, Computervalidierung
