Job Description
We are seeking a skilled German Content Writer to join our team as an AI Data Trainer. This role involves generating high-quality, engaging content in German for diverse topics and fields, with the goal of enhancing the development and accuracy of advanced AI models. The ideal candidate will combine their expertise in creative writing with a passion for AI innovation to train and refine AI systems effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft detailed and contextually relevant prompts and responses in German to guide AI learning and ensure comprehensive understanding across various topics.
  • Assess and rank AI-generated responses to improve the accuracy and relevance of the models in different contexts.
  • Test AI models to identify potential inaccuracies or biases, and validate their performance in specific domains.
  • Work closely with AI developers and other stakeholders to refine training materials and contribute to model improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology and content writing techniques to continually enhance training processes.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional proficiency in written German & English: proficient in different writing styles/style guides and well versed in Grammar.
  • Enjoy editing and proofreading to create high quality copy.
  • Analytical Excellence.
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to precision and thoroughness in the training process.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal or no supervision.
  • Previous experience in writing for Large Language Models is a strong plus.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in content creation and training.
  • Ability to generate creative and engaging content tailored to diverse audiences and topics.
