Sie haben Spaà daran, Ihre eigenen Qualitätsansprüche umzusetzen? Dann sind Sie bei uns im Bereich der Optik genau richtig Als Quality Assurance Technician Optics unterstützen Sie bei der Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte, insbesondere unterstützen Sie bei den Prüfprozessen, deren Dokumentation, Statistik, Auswertung sowie der Lieferantenentwicklung  Â
Sie arbeiten in einem Team welches sich gegenseitig unterstützt bei den zukünftigen Herausforderungen. Ein Team aus verschiedenen Experten der Messtechnik, Technologie und der Qualität um bestmögliche Lösungen zu erarbeiten.
IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH
- Durchführung von Prüfungen an feinmechanischen/optischen Baugruppen/ Produkten nach DIN ISO 10110, inkl. Dokumentation der Messergebnisse und Mitwirkung bei den Freigabeprozessen sowie Unterstützung bei der Durchführung und Dokumentation von internen Audits
- In Fällen von Qualitätsmängeln erstellen Sie Mängelrügen und/oder führen Ausnahmegenehmigungen, und unterstützen bei der Koordination von Reklamationen seitens unserer Kund:innen
- Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung für die Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätsstatistiken. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, Daten zusammenzutragen, um eine Grundlage zur Fehleranalyse und dauerhaften Prozessverbesserung bereitzustellen
- Unterstützung bei der Nutzung der Tools unseres Danaher Business Systems und oder andere Problemlösungsmethoden, um technische Probleme zu lösen uns die Nachhaltigkeit sicher zu stellen.
IHR PROFIL
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z.B. zum Feinoptiker:in oder Feinmechaniker:in, sowie eine Fachausbildung (z.B. Techniker:in / Industriemeister:in) mit mehrjähriger fachspezifischer Berufserfahrung. Alternativ bringen Sie ein abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium, idealerweise im Bereich Optik/Messtechnik, sowie erste Berufserfahrung mit
- Sie verfügen über Grundkenntnisse der opto-elektronischen und opto-mechanischen Messtechnik, wie z.B. mit Interferometrie und bringen Erfahrung in Produktionsverfahren der Feinmechanik/Optik sowie mit der Durchführung filigraner Präzisionsarbeiten mit
- Ihre Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind gut (in Wort und Schrift)
- Gute Kenntnisse mit einem Dokumentenmanagementsystem, den MS-Office Produkten sowie Grundkenntnisse in SAP R/3
- Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sammeln sowie nachgewiesene Kenntnisse im Bereich der Qualität.
