Dein Aufgabengebiet
- Du übernimmst die operative und strategische Prozessentwicklung, den aktiven Aufbau, die Betreuung und die Motivation deines Vertriebsteams und führst es mit den notwendigen Tools und der notwendigen Unterstützung zum Erfolg
- Zwischen deinem Vertriebsteam und der Geschäftsleitung bist du das Bindeglied und arbeitest mit den anderen internen und externen Teamleitern zusammen.
- Du erstellst Berichte und Statistiken zwecks Reporting an die Vertriebsleitung und bist für die Auswertung von Kennzahlen, die Qualitätssicherung und Kostenkontrolle verantwortlich.
- Eine vertriebsbezogene Projektarbeit und Neukundenintegration gehören ebenfalls zu deinen vielfältigen Aufgaben.
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Du kannst auf Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams zurückgreifen
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Selbstständigkeit, Struktur und einer motivierenden Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
