Bei uns agierst du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kundenanforderungen und Softwareentwicklung, dabei steuerst du Projekte in allen Schritten bis zum Projektabschluss. Wir wachsen zusammen als Team, tauschen unser Fachwissen untereinander aus und freuen uns auf deine neuen Impulse.
Im Detail übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:
- Als Projektmanager realisierst du mit deinem Team komplexe Software-, Regulatorik- und Beratungs-Projekte mit der jeweils angemessenen Methodik.
- Du verfolgst laufend Zeit, Budget, Qualtität und verhandelst gemeinsam mit dem Account Manager Changes bei Festpreis-Projekten.
- Je nach Setup übernimmst du auch Aufgaben aus dem Anforderungsmanagement, der Qualitätssicherung, Validierung oder Scrum-Tätigkeiten.
- Du setzt ein Reporting auf und präsentierst den laufenden Status bei deiner Projektleitung und beim Kunden.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Koordination von Kapazität sowie Ressourcen und steuerst deine Projekte unter Berücksichtigung des Kosten-, Zeit- sowie Risikomanagements.
- Du hast langjährige Erfahrung und Zertifizierungen im Software-Projektmanagement gesammelt und bringst idealerweise fokussierte Branchenerfahrung aus den Bereichen Pharma, Labor oder Medizintechnik mit.
- Dir ist bewusst, dass es im Bereich Life Sciences besonders hohe Prozess- und Qualitätsanforderungen gibt und behältst sie von der Kalkulation bis zur Übergabe im Blick.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit IT- oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Bezug bzw. vergleichbare Erfahrungen.
- Idealerweise bist du zertifiziert zu den Themen ISO 13485, ISO 14971 und EN 62304 oder zu verwandten Standards.
- Du meisterst den Spagat zwischen frühzeitiger Detailplanung sowie Dokumentation für klinische Studien und agiler Software-Entwicklung in der Umsetzungsphase.
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
