Business Product & Process Owner Warehouse/Logistics/Production | Produkt- & Prozessmanager Lager/Logistik/Produktion(m/w/d)
Vollzeit (38,5 h) | unbefristete Festanstellung | Mönchengladbach Ihre Rolle in unserem Team:
- Sie verantworten die Definition, Entwicklung, Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von Lager-/Logistik-/Produktions-Prozessstrategien, die den lokalen und globalen Geschäftsstrategien und Anforderungen des Unternehmens entsprechen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedensten Interessengruppen im gesamten Unternehmen
- die Planung und Überwachung der qualitativen und quantitativen Geschäfts- & Prozessziele gehört ebenfalls wie die Integration des dazugehörigen Qualitäts-, Compliance - & Risikomanagements im jeweiligen Businessbereich zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben
- durch die Identifizierung von Prozesslücken und -risiken, die entsprechende Ermittlung und Implementierung von Kontrollmaßnahmen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten gewährleisten Sie eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der zu verantwortende Produkte (z.B. Signavio/CALM/Enable now, uvm) und Prozesse
- last but not least: das gruppenweite Vorantreiben des Change-Managements in der Prozesslandschaft und dessen Kommunikation, um eine Innovationskultur in den Lager-/Logistik-/Produktions-Einheiten zu verankern und zum Erfolg der gesamten Transformation in der jeweiligen Business-Unit beizutragen
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Industrie- oder Groß- und Außenhandelsumfeld oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Warehouse & Logistics
- im Anschluss daran durften Sie bereits einschlägige praktische Berufserfahrung sammeln im Bereich Warehouse & Logistics und verfügen über fortgeschrittene Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP R/3 oder S/4 HANA in den Modulen MM, SD, PP, GTS & der MS-Office Produkte
- auf Grund Ihres Wirkens im europäischen OQEMA-Netzwerk freuen wir uns über ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)
- starkes Engagement für Qualität, Optimierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse sowie die Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit und Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden und internationalen Teams runden Ihr Profil ab
