Business studies or practice-oriented training? Why not both? At Louis, you can complete your bachelor's degree in three years and also take the examination for training in wholesale and foreign trade. At the same time, this qualifies you for future management tasks. Because Louis prefers to recruit management trainees from its own ranks. This is one of the reasons why, as a trainee student, you will go through all the important departments of the company and will be taught mainly in English at the HSBA. Your tasks
  • You will work in many different departments, such as purchasing, internal sales and import, where you will learn everything about article planning, business processing, market analysis and gain insights into product development and pricing
  • You will take on projects for these departments, e.g. in order to open up new markets for us and to provide concrete recommendations for economic decisions
  • You communicate constantly with customers or suppliers and service companies at home and abroad
Your profile
  • You have an above-average willingness to learn and perform and like to think one step ahead
  • You have an understanding of numbers, like to analyze them and can derive logical conclusions from them
  • Good communication skills and high reliability
  • You have a good high school diploma and meet the admission requirements of the HSBA
