Ihre Rolle
- Sie werden in unserem IT Service Management Office für die ITIL Lifecycle Phasen Transition und Operation die Verantwortung für die global genutzten IT Event und Outage Management übernehmen
- Im Prozess werden Sie in der Rolle als Process Owner die Definition, kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung des Prozesses vorantrieben
- Sie werden für diese globalen IT Prozesse die Abstimmung mit den globalen Stakeholdern verantworten und die Prozessmodellierung in BPMN durchführen
- In Ihrer Rolle als Process Manager werden Sie für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der verantworteten Prozesse Sorge tragen und die Einhaltung durch Kennzahlen berichten und steuern
- Mit Ihrer Fachkenntnis werden Sie die erforderlichen Trainingsmaßnahmen bei unseren internen und externen Dienstleistern für die verantworteten globalen Prozesse erstellen, planen und durchführen
- Als Experte für IT Service Integration übernehmen Sie, in unserer sich dynamisch ändernden Servicelandschaft, die globale Koordination und Beratung bei der Integration von neuen Service Partnern und Services
Ihr Profil
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Sie können eine erfolgreiche Berufserfahrung von mindestens 3-5 Jahren in vergleichbarer Position vorweisen
- Sie haben umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung im ITIL Umfeld und haben eine Zertifizierung auf Expert Level Sie haben praktische Erfahrungen mit der Steuerung externer und interner Dienstleister
- Sie arbeiten gerne pragmatisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Ein freundliches und sicheres Auftreten auch vor größeren Gruppen ist für Sie kein Problem
- Eine Kommunikation sowohl verbal als auch schriftlich, in deutscher und englischer Sprache, fällt Ihnen leicht
