The Operations practice assists our clients to shape the future of their operations so that they can achieve their strategic goals and deliver sustainable and industry-leading business performance. What you will do  

• Internships at Oliver Wyman provide a true taste of life as a consultant and unique preparation for a potential full-time role. 

• As a member of your project team youâll work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.  

• Project-related activities include conducting research, surveys and interviews and analysing data to gain insights, assess problems and structure solutions. 

• Youâll learn our core business skills, including how to structure your daily tasks. 

• You will be developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses. Youâll be able to tackle information limitations creatively, presenting insights, supporting the delivery of projects. This will lead to deep knowledge and expertise in at least one of the Operations domains.

Who can apply?â 

• Applicants with a Bachelor´s or Masterâs degree are eligible to apply for thisâ¯vacancy. 

• High interest in Operations and ideally first experience in one of the domains (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Services Operations). 

• Dynamic candidate with a high motivation ro learn quickly and discover our way of working at Oliver Wyman. 

• Working knowledge of the MS Office as well as using data mining and data visualization tools is an asset (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx etc.). 

• We look for people who display initiative, intuition, and creativity with a strong problem solving and analytical mindset. Weâ¯do notâ¯require specific academic majors or industry experience and look for diversity ofâ¯experience and skills. We value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of yourâ¯studies.â¯â¯â 

• Language skills: German and English (native/fluent)â.
