About the Position:

Serves as Directorate's personnel and office administrator, directly responsible to the Director ofInstrumentation, Training Analysis, Computer Simulations Support for the overall general management and execution of the Directorate's human resources and office administration.



Duties
  • Coordinates and prioritizes the flow of administrative work within the organization.
  • Receives and screens calls and visitors to the office and takes appropriate action.
  • Ensures support equipment is accounted for (inventory control) and functions properly.
  • Answers questions of an administrative nature in order to resolve those administrative matters.
  • Coordinates and maintains personnel actions.
