  • Als Campaign Manager:in übernimmst Du die End-to-End-Verantwortung für kanal-übergreifende Marketing- und Kommunikationsprojekte bei Breuninger und trägst damit maßgeblich zur Außenwahrnehmung des Unternehmens bei
  • Du übernimmst dabei das Projektmanagement von der Planung, Konzeption, über die Definition der Timings bis hin zur Umsetzung. Dabei führst Du notwendige Entscheidungen herbei, behältst stets Timings und Budgets im Blick und kümmerst Dich um die im Projektverlauf erforderlichen Bestellvorgänge und Freigaben
  • Gemeinsam mit der Marken-Strategie entwickelst Du Creative Briefs, die Du in Abstimmung auf die Bedürfnisse der einzelnen Kanäle herunterbrichst. Dabei bringst Du die inhaltliche Konzeption in Einklang mit kanalspezifischen Rahmenbedingungen. Essenziell für die erfolgreiche Projekt- und Kampagnenumsetzung ist die Abstimmung mit allen involvierten Kanälen und Abteilungen
  • Du begleitest den externen Produktionsprozess inkl. Kampagnenshootings, von der Produktionsplanung und -durchführung bis hin zur Post Produktion und stehst im Austausch mit den externen Agenturen und Dienstleistern
  • Darüber hinaus bist Du die Schnittstelle für die gesamtheitliche Kampagnenorchestrierung, unterstützt bei der strategischen Bewertung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und deren Einordnung in den Gesamt-Kommunikationsmix 
  • Um die bestmögliche Kundenansprache zu gewährleisten, entwickelst Du gemeinsam mit der Marken-Strategie und den relevanten Ansprechpartnern Kampagnen für verschiedene Zielgruppen, Category-Themen, Kooperationen und Profilierungsthemen 
Durch Deine zentrale Rolle und den Austausch mit den wichtigsten Schnittstellen definierst Du „on-the-fly“ Prozesse für die erfolgreiche und effiziente Umsetzung von Planungen und Projekten, gibst neue Impulse und initiierst einen konstruktiven Review-Prozess Qualifikationen
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschafts­wissenschaften, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, oder einen vergleichbaren Ausbildungshintergrund.Du hast mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Unternehmen oder einer Agentur im Bereich Marketing oder Projektmanagement sammeln können. Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Steuerung von 360°-Kampagnen über mehrere Länder, wobei Du Dich mit den Besonderheiten der Kanäle Retail und Digital sehr gut auskennst.Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Steuern von größeren Projekten mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern und bist es gewohnt, mehrere Themen sowie cross-funktionale Schnittstellen parallel zu managen und unterschiedliche Perspektiven Deiner Stakeholder zu vereinen. Dabei legst Du großen Wert auf Team-Geist, kreative Exzellenz und kooperative Zusammenarbeit – im Team und auch mit den Schnittstellen.Deine konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten kombinierst Du mit Umsetzungsstärke und verstehst es dabei auch, andere für Deine Themen zu begeistern. Dabei greifst Du zurück auf Deine hervorragenden Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.Im Umgang mit Tools wie Asana, MS Teams bist du geübt und wirst nicht müde, Deine Projekte so digital-first für das gesamte Team aufzusetzen und durchzusteuern.Du begeisterst Dich für Fashion- und Lifestyle-Themen, hast großes Interesse am Online- wie Offline-Retail und lebst und liebst „Marketing“.
