Cybersecurity Training

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Manager to join our organization. As a Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training and awareness programs to educate employees about cybersecurity best practices, promote a culture of security awareness, and mitigate risks associated with cyber threats. You will play a critical role in enhancing the organization's overall security posture by ensuring that employees are well-informed and equipped to protect sensitive information and prevent security incidents.Your assignments

• Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver cybersecurity training programs tailored to different employee roles and levels of technical expertise. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, storytelling techniques and presentations, to effectively communicate cybersecurity concepts, policies, and procedures
• Awareness Campaigns: Plan and execute cybersecurity awareness campaigns to promote a culture of security within the organization. Develop and distribute informative materials, newsletters, posters, and other communication tools to raise awareness about emerging threats, social engineering techniques, and safe online practices
• Brand Strategy: Developing a comprehensive T&A brand strategy that aligns with the organization's cybersecurity goals and values. This includes defining the brand's positioning, target audience, and key messaging
• Brand Advocacy: Encouraging employees to become brand advocates and ambassadors for the cybersecurity culture. Providing them with the necessary visual resources and guidelines to promote the brand and its message within the organization
• Audience Understanding: Conducting research and analysis to understand the target audience's preferences, motivations, and behaviors related to cybersecurity. Tailoring the visual elements to resonate with the audience and effectively convey the desired cybersecurity culture
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including IT, HR, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure alignment and integration of cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives with other business processes. Engage with external partners, industry groups, and professional organizations to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in cybersecurity training
• Motivation and Engagement: Creating engaging and interactive training materials that capture employees' attention and motivate them to actively participate in the learning process. Utilizing gamification techniques and incentives to boost engagement
• Positive Reinforcement: Incorporating positive reinforcement techniques to reward and encourage desired cybersecurity behaviors. Recognizing and acknowledging employees' efforts to promote a security-conscious culture
• Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training and awareness programs. Prepare regular reports on training completion rates, phishing simulation results, and other relevant metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Phishing Simulations: Design and conduct phishing simulations to assess employee susceptibility to social engineering attacks. Analyze the results to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted training modules to enhance employees' ability to recognize and respond to phishing attempts Your profile
• Strong understanding of social engineering techniques, phishing attacks and prevalent cyber threats relevant to globally operating businesses and production environments
