Head (m/f/d) Competence Team Network Permanent position, full-time - Cologne Your tasks
  • Leading the team of approx. 18 network technicians (m/f/d)
  • You act as a coach in your team and support your employees (m/f/d) in their development
  • You will be responsible for the operation of our customers' network infrastructures
  • The planning, implementation and monitoring of network projects
  • You will be involved in the strategic development of the competence and solution portfolio for our customers
  • You support our sales department in pre-sales phases
  • You are responsible for the expansion of your team as well as personnel deployment planning and utilization
Your profile
  • You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship or degree and have already gained several years of professional experience
  • You are a team player with excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • You have sound knowledge of network technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, switching, WLAN, security)
  • Ideally, you have certifications in the field of network technology (e.g. CCNA, CCNP etc.)
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Your actions are results-oriented, independent and based on entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - other languages are welcome
  • You have a class B driving license
