What you`ll do:
We are looking for a Product Owner to help us develop the most innovative products in the area of Artificial Intelligence in the domain of process management and process mining.
Building our AI services, we integrate one of the most modern and cutting edge LLM engines in the market to make recommendations which action to take to improve a running process and even to provide recommendations how to improve existing process models.
All AI services we develop will support the entire Signavio product suite and collaborating with members of several teams across the organization will be part of your daily work.

Core tasks include: 
Product Owner is responsible for Product Release Management

• Release Management: Drive and Lead the release ceremony. Follow and track all relevant release processes according to SAP product standards
• Hold all relevant stakeholders accountable for meeting their release deadlines & deliverables
• Enriches relevant backlog buckets with product standards, technical debt mitigations, technical/platform & maintenance requirements providing a prioritization of them
• Works closely with architects and technical leaders to determine technical feasibility, dependencies and engineering approach for key project deliverables
• Ensures that the following deliverables are complete: Product Standard Compliance, Risk Assessment, Security Validation, Test Strategy, Export Control Classification (ECCN), Roadmap, Product Branding, Pricing & Commercialization.
• Works with other Engineering Leads, Scrum Masters, CPOs, Product Managers, CDAs, Quality Leads, UA Leads, Security etc.

Own and Lead the overall Product Quality analysis and testing process (QA)

• Being owner of the quality processes and ensure the team executes on it.
• Drives high quality product with a 360° view
• Monitoring and testing the test results and being responsible for a proper reporting and steering of quality initiatives to ensure a 306° high quality of our apps&services
• Setup and executes the test strategy for all Process.AI owned topics & services
• Usability - UX Usability (UX); Documentation (UA); Stability / Regression Test / Unit Test (Dev)
• Functional Suitability Completeness (PM); Supportability /Maintainability - Support
• Portability and Installability – QA; Functional Correctness (migration) – QA; Compatibility (migration) - QA
• Sign-off including release decision and risk sign-off (SAP standards) including QA sign-off – is the product ready to ship from a QA perspective
• Lead AI Ethics & AI Legal / DPP for using LLMs
• Close collaboration with SAP.AI and SAP Legal to get the latest updates on OpenAI and AA and other LLMs what engineering needs to fulfill.
• Get approvals from legal for testing before RTC, use and ship products.
• Being the SPOC and ambassador for Process.AI engineering topics but also being an advocate for SAP Signavio P&E overall and offer support to them.

 
What you bring:
You should bring in hands-on working style and passion for agile cloud development projects. Entrepreneurial drive, the ability to “think out of the box” and thinking end-2-end will help you to achieve stretch goals in a super innovative and fast paced product environment.
 
·    Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science or related fields
·    4+ years experience as a Product Owner, Program Manager QA, Project Lead or related
·    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze and resolve quality issues. 
·    In-depth understanding of release management principles and practices 
·    Proven ability to successfully deliver projects / products
·    Strong project and organisational skills
·    Communication, Collaboration and Decision-Making: You have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You need to effectively communicate with stakeholders, development team members. You need strong decision-making skills. You must be able to communicate decisions in an understandable and empathic manner.
·    Agile Methodologies and Pragmatism: You should be familiar with Agile methodologies and understand their potential. Yet, you should be pragmatic and do what works. You should have experience in owning Agile ceremonies.
·    Adaptability: You need to be adaptable and embrace continuous learning. You should stay updated with trends in AI and Business Process Management.
·    Ability to give clear guidance to engineering teams in uncertain and unclear situations.
·    Ability to work with multicultural teams in different location around the world.
·    True team player with the ability to convince, influence & lead.
·    Enthusiastic, proactive, likes to take initiative & work in a challenging environment.
·    Fluent in spoken & written English, German is a plus
·    Domain Knowledge: You understand business process management and/or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning is a plus
