We are looking for a Working Student (d/f/m) to join our Real Estate Analytics team.

You will work 20 hours/week and you will be reporting directly to the Senior Business Analst, Real Estate. This is a hybrid role, and the office is based in Berlin.

Together with the other analysts in the team and in collaboration with a cross-functional business team, you will help to innovate and further optimize our product, supporting our commercial customers to accelerate their businesses. 

The Real Estate business:

We are investing continuously into the development and growth of our real estate category with currently approx. 90 million monthly visits. In 2015 we started with our own proposition for real estate professionals and have won a significant share of the market since then. 

To build on our growth journey and to further optimise our product and innovate in the market we are looking for a Working Student Analytics (d/f/m) to support the Real Estate business unit.

The Analytics team:

We work collaboratively across marketing, product development, commercial business, and customer support. We uncover opportunities and challenges with the help of data, analysis, and creativity. We craft the future of Kleinanzeigen by translating data into ideas, insights, and recommendations. We are awesome teammates that succeed, fail, and learn together.

What you'll do:

Become part of a cross-functional team for the "Real Estate" business of Kleinanzeigen - one of Adevintas core strategic initiatives

Collaborate closely with your team as well as stakeholders from different departments and derive quantitative insights to support decision-making and data-driven business

Create and maintain data visualization dashboards.

Collect data for and perform ad hoc analysis based on stakeholders' needs.

Who you are:

You are enrolled at a University or similar for at least 1 more year (until at least the end of 2024)

Undergraduate or graduate studies in Computer Science, Data Management, Economics, or similar with a strong background and interest in data and business analysis

Basic knowledge of SQL (R or Python is a plus).

Experience with data visualization tools, eg. Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker, etc.

Basic understanding of Machine Learning

Good communication skills and proficiency in English

A proactive can-do attitude - you like talking about challenges and enjoy finding creative solutions
