Quereinsteiger - Media Planning (Mensch) Düsseldorf Vollzeit Trainee & Quereinstieg Das bewegst du: Als Quereinsteiger (Mensch) übernimmst du die Mediaplanung und Umsetzung für unsere Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen für die Medien Audio (klassische UKW Planung sowie Digital Audio & Podcast) /Print & Cinema. Hierbei übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:
 
  • Als Experte/Expertin mit Deep-Channel-Insights über die gebrieften Medien arbeitest du eng mit dem Beratungsteam und den Kunden zusammen 
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team hast du den Medienmarkt stets im Blick und erstellst Marktanalysen und Reportings  
  • Du lieferst eine herausragende Planung für markenindividuelle Kampagnen und agierst als Sparringspartner für die Kundenteams bei der kanalspezifischen Strategie (Audio, Print oder Cinema) und deren Integration in den Gesamtmediamix 
  • Zudem bist du erster Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Medienpartner wie Vermarkter, Sender etc. 
  • Auch, wenn 1-2 Medien den Schwerpunkt deines Arbeitsalltags ausmachen, hast du keine Scheu dich in anderen Mediengattungen unserer Unit weiterzubilden, und bist somit immer aufgeschlossen wenn es um crossmediale Projekte geht und schaust gerne auch über den eigenen Schreibtischrand hinaus
  Das zeichnet dich aus:
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung 
  • Neben einer Affinität für Medien, Kommunikation und Werbung, bringst du idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen in unserem Bereich der ,,klassischen Medien" mit
  • Zielorientierung und Teamarbeit sind für dich selbstverständlich 
  • Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken sowie gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, gehören genauso zu deiner Person, wie eine Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, bestehende Prozesse zu optimieren 
  • Von Veränderungen lässt du dich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen und hast auch Freude daran dich hier aktiv mit einzubringen.
  • In MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, hast du sehr gute Kenntnisse
  • Du kannst dich auf Deutsch und Englisch sicher verständigen
