Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Job Description

Ãber die Rolle

o Analysieren und Lösen komplexer Probleme an Komponenten, Baugruppen und Fertigungssystemen unter Reinraumbedingungen
o Führen von Fachdiskussionen und Erläutern komplexer technischer Zusammenhänge sowie die dazugehörige Erstellung von Präsentationen und deren Vorstellung auf High Management Ebene
o Führen und Bearbeiten von verschiedenen Projekten in Bezug auf:
- Kontinuierliche Produktverbesserungen
- Serienanlauf neuer Produkte
- Produkt-Transfers
- Prozessoptimierung
o Zusammenarbeit mit organisationsübergreifenden Abteilungen wie Fertigung, Entwicklung und Lieferanten

o Neuauswahl und Qualifizierung von abgekündigten Bauteilen

o Entwicklung, Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Sonderbetriebsmitteln und Prüfständen

o Analysieren und Lösen von Problemen an Ersatzteilen aus dem Feld inklusive technischer Aufbereitung und interner Präsentation

Minimum Qualifications

o Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium

o Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

o Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

o Gute Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

o Zielorientiert und belastbar

o Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

o Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Flexibilität

o Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis

o FlieÃende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
