Für unseren Mandanten suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Director Marketing Strategy & Communications (m/w/d), idealerweise im Großraum Frankfurt am Main. Das Dienstleistungsportfolio des Unternehmens umfasst eine Vielzahl von Sprachdienstleistungen, darunter Sprachkurse für verschiedene Sprachen, maßgeschneiderte Business-Sprachtrainings, interkulturelles Training sowie Programme zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung. Zusätzlich bietet das Unternehmen Sprachreisen, Online-Plattformen für das digitale Lernen sowie Unterstützung bei Übersetzungs- und Dolmetsch Dienstleistungen an. Insgesamt richtet sich das Angebot an Einzelpersonen, Unternehmen und Organisationen, die ihre Sprachkompetenzen verbessern und interkulturelle Fähigkeiten erweitern möchten.

Aufgabengebiet

Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketingstrategien für den deutschen Markt in allen Unternehmensbereichen (B2B, B2G, B2C) erfordert eine umfassende Herangehensweise und ein breites Aufgabenspektrums

Teamleitung und Zusammenarbeit:Zusammenstellung und Leitung eines Teams von Marketing-ExpertInnen, um die Ziele zu erreichen.Förderung einer effektiven Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Marketing- und Vertriebsteams.Entwicklung von Marketingkampagnen:Erarbeitung von digitalen und analogen Marketingkampagnen zur Neukundengewinnung in den Bereichen B2B, B2G und B2C.Fokus auf Key Accounts, Großkunden, Firmenkunden, öffentliche/behördliche Kunden sowie Privatkunden.Optimierung der Online-Präsenz:Überwachung und Optimierung der Websites/Landing Pages, einschließlich der Inhalte und des User Interfaces (UX).Generierung von Traffic durch Suchmaschinenmarketing (SEA/SEO) und Steuerung externer Agenturen.Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb:Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam, Unterstützung bei Vertriebskampagnen und Zielkundenauswahl.Steuerung der Entwicklung von Inhalten und Materialien für Angebote und Verhandlungen.Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten:Kontinuierliche Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten.Anpassung der Markenstrategie, Kundensegmentierung und Wachstumspläne entsprechend den Erkenntnissen.Erfolgsmessung und Optimierung:Steuerung und Optimierung der Marketingaktivitäten basierend auf Erfolgsmessungen und Kennzahlen (ROI).Implementierung von Feedbackschleifen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Partnern und Influencern:Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu relevanten Partnern und Influencern, um die Reichweite des Unternehmens zu erhöhen.Budgetierung und Ressourcenmanagement:Verantwortung für die Budgetierung und effiziente Ressourcennutzung zur Durchführung von Marketingaktivitäten.

Anforderungsprofil

Einschlägige und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich agiles/digitales Marketing, mit nachweislichen Erfolgen im B2B und idealerweise auch B2G Marketing.Fundiertes Verständnis des deutschen Marktes und der kulturellen Besonderheiten, um Marketingstrategien effektiv anzupassen.Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien, einschließlich der Steuerung von Marketingausgaben, Budgetierung und Ressourcenmanagement.Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung und Steuerung eines Teams von Marketing-ExpertInnenStarke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im datenbasierten Marketing, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und Strategien kontinuierlich zu optimieren.Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um interne Teams zu leiten und externe Stakeholder zu überzeugen.Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten.Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung.Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse
