The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is the Business Unit managing and developing the HRS E-Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of HRS.de and HOTEL.DE that gradually transform into much more than “just” a platform. BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s upgraded travel experience. The goal of BTC is to deliver growth as well as sustainable profitability over time by enhancing customer loyalty between the brand and its customers, enabling the Brands Repositioning in the marketplace and unlocking additional potentials via optimized supplier management. Thus, BTC and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market. Your mission is to further develop and shape the "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions and make it the next innovation of the HRS Group together with a great team.

As the SEO Manager for HRS Group's E-Commerce unit, you will lead our strategic initiatives to increase online visibility and improve organic search rankings through keyword optimisation and content effectiveness. Your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies that focus on keyword performance, content optimisation and alignment with our business objectives. Leveraging your deep understanding of SEO practices, you will drive the content creation process to ensure maximum engagement and visibility across search engines, directly contributing to our organic traffic growth and customer acquisition.

• Implement an SEO strategy focused on increasing search engine visibility and expanding sessions reach through strategic upper-funnel content.
• Manage the technical aspects of SEO, including improving site performance metrics such Page Speed, Loading Time, Core Web Vitals and crawl errors. Ensure the web booking platform is ready to efficiently convert organic traffic.
• Oversee the measurement and analysis of KPIs for organic traffic, such as conversion rates, sessions and transactions. Leverage insights from SEO tools to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive market analysis. Stay on top of SEO trends and competitors' strategies to uncover new opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure the timely publication of optimised, high-quality content. Work closely with content contributors to adhere to SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata, header tags and URL structure.
• Take ownership of geotree data management, using geographic insights to tailor SEO efforts to target markets and demographics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Several  years of experience in SEO
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and SEO best practices
• Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Audisto) and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console)
• Experience with website optimization tools and techniques, including mobile optimization, page speed enhancements, and schema markup
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively across different departments and levels of the organization
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
