In der Position bist du für den operativen Betrieb des Security Operation Centers verantwortlich und fungierst für deine Teammitglieder als letzte fachliche Instanz bei der Lösung komplexer Sachverhalte.
Deine Aufgaben als SOC Manager (m/w/d) KRITIS:
- Als Leader übernimmst du eine führende Rolle innerhalb des Teams und bist verantwortlich für das Management von täglichen Eskalationen
- Du zeichnest dich verantwortlich für das Aufspüren von Optimierungschancen als eine Art Operational Excellence Funktion
- Du analysierst sowie bewertest Incidents sowohl in IT als auch OT-Umgebungen (ELK – wird von einem eigenen R&D Team entwickelt)
- Du definierst, entwickelst und automatisierst Prozesse (einschließlich Erkennungsmuster)
- Schlüsselfunktion bei Auswahl, Bewertung und Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung innerhalb eines Security Operation Centers (SOC) oder Network Operation Centers (NOC)
- Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Technologien und -protokollen für industrielle Steuerungssysteme und Netzwerke (z.B. SCADA, ICS) und erste Berührungspunkte mit den Compliance-Anforderungen industrieller Sicherheit (z.B. IEC 62443)
- Erste Kenntnisse in Scripting (z.B. Python oder Ansibel) für die Automatisierung von Sicherheitstätigkeiten und im Umgang mit Konfiguration und Betrieb von SIEM-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten sowie 100% remote innerhalb der EU
