We are a reputable recruitment agency representing a prominent Chinese renewable energy components manufacturer. We are searching for a talented Technical Support Manager (EU) to join their team. This role offers great pay and bonus, and it will be based in Germany, providing a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company's success in the European market.

Responsibilities:

As the Technical Support Manager (EU), you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's renewable energy components. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers in the European market.

  2. Providing expert guidance and support to customers regarding the installation, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy components.

  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical inquiries, issues, and challenges promptly.

  4. Conducting site visits and inspections to assess customer needs and provide on-site technical support when necessary.

  5. Developing and delivering technical training programs for customers and internal teams.

  6. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for product improvement.

  7. Collaborating with R&D teams to provide input and insights for product development and enhancement.

  8. Preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  9. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or field service, preferably within the renewable energy industry.

  3. Strong knowledge of renewable energy components, such as solar panels, inverters, or energy storage systems.

  4. Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

  5. Customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  6. Fluency in English and German is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.

  7. Willingness to travel within Europe to visit customers and provide on-site support as needed.

  8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.

  9. Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support tools is advantageous.
