The Pharma Solutions business will be taking on its next chapter of growth as a trusted partner for the pharmaceutical industry with the announcement to sell Pharma Solutions to Roquette. This move will position Pharma Solutions to expand its industry leadership through continued investment in innovation to meet the evolving needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers and developers worldwide.
The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2025, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Pharma Solutions business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to Roquette. In applying for this position, you acknowledge your awareness that the position is a part of the Pharma Solutions business unit and has been identified to transition to Roquette.

An unserem Pharma Solutions Standort in Stade mit seinen ca. 100 Mitarbeitern produzieren wir hochqualitative Methylcelluloseprodukte (METHOCEL) für die Lebensmittel- und Pharmaindustrie sowie für industrielle Anwendungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Qualitätslabors suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n:
Chemielaborantin / Chemielaborant (m, w, d)
Ihre Aufgabe wird es sein, Analysedaten für die Herstellung und zur Freigabe unserer Produkte termingerecht bereitzustellen. Sie arbeiten dabei mit Ihren TeamkollegInnen im Qualitätslabor zusammen und sind im engen Austausch mit den Produktionsmitarbeitern und dem Qualitätsmanagement.
Aufgaben:
- Durchführung von Analysen der Eingangs-, Prozess- und Qualitätskontrolle nach GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) -Vorgaben
- Dokumentation der Ergebnisse in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) und SAP-Systemen
- Bewerten der Verlässlichkeit von Geräten, Analysedaten und Interpretation und Plausibilitätsprüfung von Ergebnissen
- Betreuung von Analysegeräten durch Qualifizierung, Kalibrierung, Fehleranalyse und einfachen Wartungsarbeiten der Geräte
- Unterstützung bei der Methodenentwicklung und Erstellung/Überarbeitung von Analysenprozeduren
- Unterstützung von Qualitätsmanagement- und Kundenaudits
- Pflege der Qualitätsmanagementdokumente
- Unterstützung bei der Ausbildung von Chemielaboranten
Anforderungen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Chemielaborantin / zum Chemielaboranten
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem Chemie-, Pharma- oder Lebensmittelbetrieb
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
- Kenntnisse statistischer Methoden
- Anwenderkenntnisse für MS Office Anwendungen, Labordatensysteme (z.B. LIMS, SAP)
- Lesen und Verstehen von in Englisch verfassten Anleitungen
Die Position wird als Vollzeitstelle ausgeschrieben.
