Process Engineer Drug Substance (m/w/d) )
Werde ein Teil unseres Teams als Prozessingenieur Drug Substance in der Abteilung Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T). Hier spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Unterstützung der cGMP-Herstellung und der Optimierung von Herstellungsprozessen. Nutze deine Expertise in modernsten Technologien, um einen Beitrag zum Herzstück der Impfstoffproduktion zu leisten und die höchsten Standards für Qualität und Effizienz an unseren Produktionsstandorten sicherzustellen.
Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
Technische Unterstützung bei Change Controls, Abweichungen und CAPA-Management während der Herstellung und Entwicklung von Produkten.
Nutzung von internen und externen Netzwerken, um Ressourcen zu finden und Partnerschaften im Bereich Prozesstechnologien zu bilden.
Prozessunterstützung für Engineering, Qualifizierung, Validierung und cGxP-Herstellung neuer und bestehender Impfstoffproduktionsanlagen/-prozesse gemäß den globalen Anforderungen.
Unterstützung bei Life-Cycle-Management-Projekten und Technologietransfer von der Entwicklung zur cGMP-Herstellung sowie bei Standorttransfers.
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnern, um technische Inputs für die Beurteilung und Definition von Prozessanforderungen in bestehenden und neuen Produktionsanlagen bereitzustellen.
Unterstützung bei Prozess-Trendanalysen und CPV-Aktivitäten, einschließlich Signalauswertungen und statistischen Analysen.
Dein Profil:
Masterabschluss in Chemie-/Bioverfahrenstechnik, Biologie oder einem ähnlichen Fach und mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der cGMP-Herstellung von Biopharmazeutika oder Impfstoffen oder in der Unterstützung von Start-ups oder Technologietransfers.
Erfahrung in der Herstellung von biologischen Wirkstoffen, Zellkultur und Downstream-Prozessen; Erfahrung in der Virusproduktion und Reinigung von Lebendviren ist ein Plus.
Erfahrung im Schreiben von technischen Dokumenten wie Herstellungs-, Validierungsdokumenten, Protokollen und Berichten.
Eigenständige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die die Anforderungen eines Unternehmensumfelds mit den Bedürfnissen der kommerziellen Impfstoffproduktion verbindet und flexibel ist.
Effiziente Arbeit in verschiedenen Projektteams und Geschäftsbereichen in einer Matrixstruktur; erfolgreiche Unterstützung funktionsübergreifender technischer Teams und Zusammenarbeit.
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Aufsichtsbehörden bei Inspektionen zur Lizenzierung von Herstellungsoperationen.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
