Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) practice has evolved over years and is very mature practice driving industrialization. As a part of ADM practice, you will deliver technology solutions for our clients through best-in-class engineering practices. You will build better and deliver better products

In your first few weeks in this Senior RPG Developer (m/f/d) role, you can expect to:

·   Lead a development or project team responsible for delivery on time and to quality

·   Work as part of the development and project team to integrate business requirements using traditional and new technologies

·   Support customer’s internal resources in solution design and work stream definitions

·   Interact with stakeholders during the implementation cycle

·   Be responsible for testing and QM, including documentation up to go live

To apply for this Senior RPG Developer (m/f/d) role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

  • 4 years of experience in AS400, RPG track for developer role and 8 years of experience in Senior Developer role.
  • Having good knowledge in P&C Car insurance domain

·   Experience in independently designing, building and deploying major technical changes

·   Expertise in translating functional and non-functional requirements to system requirements

·   Experience and understanding of in-production support and performance engineering

·   Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills

·   Proficiency in German and english
