Execution of production orders on schedule
Planning the deployment of personnel in the production areas
Responsibility for the creation, implementation and process optimisation of initiatives and projects in production
Increasing efficiency and process stability in production
Application of methods and approaches for the continuous improvement of the production process
Reviewing the need for projects in production and developing a cost-benefit analysis
Preparation and implementation of projects as well as documentation and validation of the projectRequirements
Successfully completed degree in engineering or food technology
ALTERNATIVELY completed vocational training as a master craftsman, technical business economist or food technician
Sound business management knowledge and confident application of operational excellence methods
Very good IT skills (ideally also MS Project), SAP knowledge desirableServices
