Pour KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, nous recherchons un(e) Product Marketing Manager (h/f)  afin de renforcer notre équipe de vente internationale dédiée au de canola. Agroservice regroupe les domaines couvrant la sélection végétale, marketing et la vente au sein de KWS. En tant que Product Marketing Manager (h/f), vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe internationale et en étroite collaboration avec le Portfolio Manager international concernant le positionnement des nouveaux produits,vous développerez également des approches marketing et fournirez aux équipes de vente des marchés internationaux le savoir-faire nécessaire sur des sujets liés à la culture du canola iou certaines caractéristiques des différentes variétés.

 

Le lieu de travail principal de ce poste passionnant et diversifié se situe à Einbeck (Basse-Saxe/Allemagne). Il s’agit d’un contrat à durée indéterminée à temps plein.

 

Ce qui vous attend - Défi et responsabilité:

  • Pilotage et conduite de groupes de travail internationaux et interfonctionnels dans le but d'élaborer des propriétés variétales existantes et futures ainsi que de développer des stratégies afin de renforcer notre positionnement sur les marchés internationaux

  • Création et développement de contenus marketing et coordination du déploiement international

  • Développement et mise en œuvre de solutions et de stratégies agronomiques liés à la culture du canola

  • Identification des nouvelles tendances du marché et développement de services pour nos clients

  • Organisation régulière de formations internes pour les équipes de vente portant sur les nouveaux sujets et les nouvelles perspectives de la culture du canola

 

Qui nous recherchons Votre profil - la Compétence et rencontre la personnalité:

  • Diplôme universitaire en sciences agricoles/économie agricole ou marketing avec une expérience/un intérêt pour l'agriculture

  • Connaissance de la culture du canola, idéalement en relation avec les parties et la gestion de projets

  • Forte affinité avec le marketing et excellentes aptitudes à la présentation

  • Capacité à simplifier et à traiter de sujets et des interrelations complexes

  • Esprit créatif et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante

  • Confiance et capacité de persuasion, volonté d'apporter des idées de manière proactive.

  • La maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et parlé) est requise, la connaissance de l'allemand est un plus

  • Quelques déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir

  • Bonne compréhension technique et compétences informatiques sûresrequises en MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
