Du unterstützt unsere Kunden durch die Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Installationen sowie die umfassende Diagnose, Fehlerbehebung, Wartung und Reparatur komplexer Systeme verschiedener Hersteller. Dabei legst du besonderen Wert auf die Ãberprüfung und Sicherstellung der Betriebsqualität relevanter Systeme sowie ihrer Betriebsumgebung. Du bist in der Lage, unsere Kunden in die Bedienung und den Betrieb ihrer Systeme einzuweisen, erklärst durchgeführte Tätigkeiten und schaffst dadurch eine vertrauensvolle Unternehmensverbindung. Dabei nimmst du eine Brückenrolle in administrativen und technischen Belangen bei zugewiesenen Projekten ein. Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und klärst sorgfältig, ob für die Problemlösung möglicherweise Sales, Consulting oder weitere Experten hinzugezogen werden müssen. Im Falle schwerwiegender Probleme steht dir rund um die Uhr ein Level-3-Supportteam zur Verfügung. Technologischen Entwicklungen stehst du jederzeit offen gegenüber und bist auch bereit, dein technisches Wissen ständig weiterzuentwickeln.

Diese Position umfasst sämtliche Aspekte des Field-Supports und ist nicht ausschlieÃlich auf Systemhardware, -software oder Netzwerk- / Wireless-Netzwerke beschränkt.

What you'll be doing

Aufgaben:

• Installation und Betreuung von IT-/TK-Systemen und zugehöriger Applikationen.

• Analyse und Beseitigung von Systemfehlern remote und vor Ort.

• Konfiguration, Wartung und Datensicherung der installierten bzw. betreuten Systeme.

• Sicherstellung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards.

• Unterstützung im Hotline Support.

• Technische und kaufmännische Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen.

• Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst und der Rufbereitschaft.

Skills:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.

• Nachweisliche Berufserfahrung in Support oder technischem Service mit direktem Kundenkontakt.

• Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von Netzwerkgeräten wie Routern und Switches.

• Mindestens eine ACFE-Zertifizierung (Alcatel-Lucent); zusätzliche Zertifizierungen von anderen Herstellern wie Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc. sind von Vorteil.

• Erfahrung in Aufbau und Betreuung strukturierter Netzwerkverkablung in Bürogebäuden und Rechenzentren.

• Strukturiertes und sorgfältiges Vorgehen, insbesondere bei Problemanalysen und Lösungsfindung.

• Gewissenhafte Pflege von Kundendokumentionen und Tätigkeitsnachweisen.

• FlieÃende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.

• Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich.
