DEINE ROLLE BEI UNS

Als Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist*in befähigst Du socialbee zu einer zukunftsgerichteten Finanzplanung. Du gestaltest die Wachstumspläne auf finanzieller Ebene, schaffst effiziente Reportingstrukturen und teamintern die Grundlage um mutige Wachstumsentscheidungen zu treffen und unsere Vision nachhaltig zu erreichen

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Du entwickelst und managest die Budgetierungs- und Prognoseprozesse innerhalb von socialbee. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit der Geschäftsführung, sowie internen Stakeholder*innen zusammen, um genaue Finanzprognosen und Szenarioanalysen zu erstellen und auf die strategischen Ziele abgestimmte Budgets zu erstellen
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Du stellst korrekte und fristgerechte Finanzinformationen sicher, die für Entscheidungsprozesse relevant sind
  • Strategic Planning & Financial Modeling: Durch Dich erhalten wir finanzielle Insights und Analysen und können somit unser Wachstum, potenzielle Risiken & langfristige strategische Pläne einschätzen und Geschäftsentscheidungen treffen
DAS BIST DU
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise im Bereich Planung, Prognose und Finanzanalyse (FP&A) mit
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel, ERP Systemen (z.B. Oracle, SAP) und Business Intelligence
  • Du bist eine*r starke*r Analytiker*in, IT-affin und hast eine Leidenschaft für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen & Change Management
  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jede weitere Sprache wie z.B. arabisch, türkisch, ukrainisch ist ein Plus
