  • Als unterstützende Kraft innerhalb des Mechanical Engineering Teams übernehmen Sie vielseitige Aufgaben.
  • Ihre zuarbeitenden Tätigkeiten umfassen im Wesentlichen:
    • Dateneingabe und Prüfung von Datentransfers in technischen und kaufmännischen Abwicklungssystemen.
    • Die Veranlassung von Änderungen und die Verfolgung ihrer Erledigung.
    • Das Zusammenstellen von Kalkulationsunterlagen der Fachdisziplin, die Erstellung von Präsentationen und die Organisation der technischen Hauptakte.
    • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Ablage im Dokumentenmanagementsystem (DMS) und im Sharepoint.
    • Die Zusammenstellung von End- sowie Montage-Dokumentationen gemäß hausinternen Richtlinien und die Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung von strategisch relevanten Ersatzteilen.
    • Darüber hinaus führen Sie den Schriftverkehr, organisieren und protokollieren Besprechungen und übernehmen allgemeine Administrationsaufgaben, einschließlich der Erstellung von Bestellanforderungen.

      In Summe leisten Sie in dieser Funktion einen großen Beitrag für den reibungslosen Ablauf der operativen Engineering-Arbeit bei thyssenkrupp Uhde Profil

      • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und über Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau-Umfeld.
