Tu, was du am besten kannst:

INTERAKTIV MITGESTALTEN Du unterstützt aktiv beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter:innen im Bereich People & Culture. Zusätzlich übernimmst du Aufgaben wie das Fuhrparkmanagement, Rechnungsprüfung und Schadensabwicklung ZIELE SETZEN Du definierst klare Lernziele für deine Zeit als Werkstudent:in im Bereich People & Culture und bist motiviert, dich im HR-Bereich weiterzuentwickeln. Darüber hinaus bist du verantwortlich für die Terminvereinbarung und Mietwagenreservierung AUTHENTISCH SEIN Deine eigenen Ideen und Perspektiven sind gefragt, um eine offene und inklusive Arbeitskultur im Bereich People & Culture zu fördern. Du unterstützt auch bei Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen und der Verwaltung diverser Dokumente TALENT FÖRDERN Du bekommst die Gelegenheit, an verschiedenen Projekten im Bereich People & Culture teilzunehmen und kannst mit kreativem Input, wie zum Beispiel dem Erstellen von Posts im Community-Portal, unterstützen NEUGIERIG BLEIBEN Du bleibst stets über aktuelle Trends und Best Practices im Bereich People & Culture informiert und bist bereit, dein Wissen kontinuierlich zu erweitern. Zusätzlich bringst du kreativen Input für die Peopleseite des baramundi Infohubs SPASS HABEN Du findest deinen Platz in unserem bunten und kollegialen Umfeld
