Job descriptionTasks

Responsibility for procurement in the area of Fabrics & Emergency Equipment

Collaboration in versatile teams, especially during tenders, contract awards and contract periods

Ensuring the contractual framework agreements between Airbus and suppliers, including negotiations on industrial, technical and commercial requirements

Participation in procurement activities, such as the management of tender submissions for optimal purchasing conditions

Monitoring the contract in the innovation, development, series production and support phases

Ensuring compliance with terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle

Monitoring supplier management in terms of logistics, support, quality and costs

Participation in projects to optimise total cost of ownership and risk reductionRequirements

Successful degree in industrial engineering or business administration

Several years of professional experience in purchasing, engineering and supplier management

Desirable experience in the negotiation of contracts

In-depth user knowledge of SAP required, expertise with Google Workspace an advantage

Proficient in German and business fluent in English

Existing work permit for the European UnionServices
