Efficient controlling of NRC project costs with comprehensive planning, tracking of actual costs and performance analyses

Development and implementation of personnel cost controlling with a focus on the clear separation between series and topline NRC costs

Inventory controlling and management for the Varel site to ensure optimal utilisation of resources

Precise controlling of functional costs, including detailed planning and actual cost tracking

Carrying out forecast, operational and budget planning as well as monthly reporting for assigned areas of responsibility

Creating cost transparency for all cost components to achieve cost and performance targets in production centres and specialist areas

Periodic reporting with key figures, prepared for internal and external target groups, including management level presentation

Analysing, managing and communicating monthly results and initiating countermeasures in the event of deviations

Proactive participation in the implementation, further development, harmonisation and standardisation of methods, processes and tools in Finance / Controlling

Creation and validation of business cases as well as post-calculation after implementation of measures for sustainable financial optimisationRequirements

Successfully completed studies in business administration or economics

Several years of professional experience in controlling and finance, with a particular focus on successful business partnering

Advantageous understanding of production-related manufacturing processes or workflows

Detailed user knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel), SAP, SAP/MM-PP, Google Workspace, SAP ERP, CO, PS and BW

Business fluent in German and English for effective communication in an international environment
