Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortlicher Aufbau-, Durchführung- und Weiterentwicklung von exklusiven Weiterbildungsprogrammen und Karriereservices für eine anspruchsvolle Zielgruppe
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer starken “Community” (Kommunikation, Vernetzung, Veranstaltungen on-/offline)
  • Entwicklung von strategischen Kooperationen mit Hochschulen, E-Learning-Anbietern, “Knowledge-Partnern”
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen aus der starken Community heraus
  • Aufbau eines Rockstar Teams für das Community Management
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Bewerber- und Mitgliederprozesses (z.B. Aufnahme, Ablehnung, Kommunikation zu Mitgliedern)
  • Definition von Anforderungen für (technische) Produktentwicklung
Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise im Bereich Psychologie, BWL oder Soziologie
  • Erste Berufserfahrung, z.B. im Aufbau von Communities sind großes Plus
  • Hohe Affinität zu den Themen Coaching und Weiterbildung
  • Dir macht die Arbeit mit Menschen Spaß - sowohl mit Kollegen wie auch unseren Mitgliedern und Kunden
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, hast Drive, verfolgst Deine Aufgaben gewissenhaft und bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität mit
  • Paralleles Arbeiten an unterschiedlichen Projekten stellt für Dich kein Problem dar
