What you’ll do
As our Senior Technical Services Manager (f/m/d) you will guide our clients through their exciting cloud transformation journeys. You will assess the clients’ landscape business requirements and identify potential problems they could face when adopting the cloud. Together with our partners, you will build tailored solutions fitting the customers' needs. Imagine the satisfaction of solving complex challenges while providing true business value.

 

Your main responsibilities as Senior Technical Services Manager/Consultant (f/m/d) will be to: 

 

  • Get to know the customer’s business, goals, and challenges to offer helpful solutions and services.
  • Point out and propose SAP Enterprise Cloud Services providing real benefits to the customer. 
  • Identify issues and create and implement action plans across the customer’s operations.
  • Design the ideal SAP setup to maximize system performance and availability.
  • Drive technology and innovation, while acting as the principal contact for resolving technical issues.
     

What you bring

  • 6+ years of experience in Technology Consulting especially in customer-facing roles with experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Basis, S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools, SAP HANA
  • Understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine)
  • Expertise in SAP Technologies and Products with solid know-how on hyper scalers (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus)
  • University degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Fluency in English language - good German skills are a plus
