IHRE ROLLE

In der neu geschaffenen Funktion des Technical Managers (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle im Auf- und Ausbau der Geschäftsbeziehung mit Kunden aus der Kunststoff- und Gummiindustrie schwerpunktmäßig in Europa und Asien. Als Partner*in des Vertriebs sind Sie für den „technischen“ Part in der Kundenbeziehung zuständig – vom Presales-Support über die Entwicklung und Implementierung der kundenspezifischen Lösung bis zur Sicherstellung der optimalen Performance der chemischen Produkte in den Produktionsprozessen der Kunden. Ihre primären Gesprächspartner*innen sind Entwicklungs- und Prozessingenieur*innen sowie technische und kaufmännische Entscheidungsträger. In Ihrer neuen Rolle bietet sich Ihnen nicht nur entsprechender Gestaltungsspielraum, sondern auch die konkrete Perspektive, die Produktlinie in eine eigene Business Unit zu überführen.

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Sie:




  • Verantwortung für die Anlagentechnik insbesondere (hinsichtlich der Anwendungstechnik) für den gezielten Ausbau der Organisation sowie die Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter*innen.
  • Koordination der Kundenprojekte innerhalb des Teams, eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Kundenprojekten sowie zentraler technischer Ansprechpartner der internationalen Kundschaft in Europa und Asien.
  • Planung und Organisation von Vorführungen und Trainings im eigenen Showroom bzw. Technikum oder beim Kunden vor Ort.
  • Steuerung der Außendiensteinsätze der Anwendungstechniker in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb.
  • Aufbau und Pflege des Netzwerkes zu technischen Entscheidern der Kunden und Einbringung Ihrer Insights in die Weiterentwicklung der Markt- und Kundenstrategien.
  • Übergreifende Organisation des Verkaufs-, Leih- und Mietgeschäfts der Lösung bei den Kunden und der entsprechenden Ausstattung, wie z.B. Management von Ersatzteilen und -anlagen.
  • Damit einher geht auch die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Ideen zur Verbesserung der Anlagentechnik hinsichtlich Funktionalität und Zuverlässigkeit, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion und Fertigung, auf Basis der Projekterfahrungen und des regelmäßigen Austauschs mit dem Vertrieb.
  • Repräsentation der Produktlinie sowie des Unternehmens als „technische*r Botschafter*in“ auf Fachveranstaltungen und Messen.

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN


  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, bevorzugt technische Fachrichtung - idealerweise in der Chemie oder Verfahrenstechnik, oder kaufmännische bzw. technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb technisch erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte (wie z.B. Anlagentechnik für die chemische Industrie) sowie der Durchführung und Leitung entsprechender nationaler und internationaler Kundenprojekte.
