Was du machen wirst:

Coordinates camp activities, meetings, and schedules along with the Director. The Deputy Director is responsible for supporting the essential operational functioning for the summer camp program for its duration. Monitors staff and camper progress and provides counsel when needed. The Deputy Director is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of program scheduling as well as staff scheduling. The Deputy Director is responsible for decision-making and problem-solving in the absence of the director.
