Ihre Mission
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die nachhaltige Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung des jeweiligen Projektmanagementprozesses und seiner Standards
- Die Anwendung, Verwaltung und Pflege des Projektmanagementsystems gehört zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben
- Die ServiceNow (und ggf. MS Project Server) Projektadministration und - wartung wie z.B globaler Anwendersupport sowie die Implementierung von technischen Lösungen
- Sie erstellen Inhalte, koordinieren und leiten Tool-Schulungen
- Die Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten mit SQL und Excel gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Sie unterstützen bei Projektcontrolling, Projektpflege und der agilen Methodik
- Die Verwaltung der allgemeinen und alltäglichen PMO-Aufgaben fällt in Ihren Bereich
Ihre Talente
- Akademischer Abschluss in einem kaufmännischen, technischen Bereich oder ein gleichwertiger Studiengang
- Mehrjährige fachbezogene Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einer regulierten Branche oder im Bereich Medizinprodukte
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Portfoliomanagement sowie ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der Projektmanagementmethoden
- Erfahrung in der Ausbildung und Schulung von Erwachsenen
- Fähigkeit, neue technische Umgebungen und Abhängigkeiten schnell zu verstehen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Projektberichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
