Das Configuration Management als Teil des ALM-Teams (Application Lifecycle Management) der internen IT kümmert sich um die technische Infrastruktur.

Ihre Aufgaben dabei sind die Untersuchung und Einführung neuer Werkzeuge und Beratung verschiedenster Stakeholder. Dies tun Sie, um unsere Entwickler:innen bestmöglich bei ihrer Arbeit zu unterstützen. Dabei haben Sie ein Gespür für den Wandel der Zeit und erforschen eigeninitiativ die Lösungsmöglichkeiten der Zukunft.

Das sind die Aufgaben:
  • Sie sind eigeninitiativ für die fachliche Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Plattform und der Prozesse hinsichtlich optimaler Developer Experience wie z.B. CI/CD und Prozess-Automatisierungen, zusammen mit Ihren ALM-Kolleg:innen verantwortlich.
  • Sie gestalten das Onboarding und Enablement für Plattformnutzer und führen dieses auch gemeinsam mit Ihnen durch.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der technischen Pflege der gesamten Plattform als Teil des Plattformteams und entwickeln diese weiter.
  • Sie analysieren Fehler und helfen den Entwickler:innen der internen IT bei technischen und prozessualen Fragen und Problemstellungen.
  • Sie arbeiten teamübergreifend und eng mit anderen Schnittstellenpartner:innen wie z.B. dem Product Owner zusammen.
Das suchen wir: Erforderliche Skills:
  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.
  • Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Kenntnisse über den gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozess.
  • Sie haben ein hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft für neue Technologien, Werkzeuge und Prozesse und verfügen über eine hohe intrinsische Motivation, um die Organisation voranzubringen.
  • Sie haben kein Problem damit, Änderungen durchzusetzen und besitzen eine große Überzeugungsfähigkeit.
  • Sie zeichnet ein hohes Maß an Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.

Erlernbare Skills:
  • Sie eignen sich Wissen in dotnet, CLoudFoundry, DB2, ADOS, Powershell an, sowie in GitHub und Webentwicklung.
