Our daily work is to produce or find the right song for projects from leading advertising agencies, brands or film productions. Our work inspires directors, world-famous brands and juries at renowned creative competitions. The position of Sales & Marketing Assistant at Tracks & Fields is a varied mix of marketing, sales and administration. It is your entry into the world of music licensing. Your tasks:
  • Up to date with customers and leads: You keep our customer and leads databases fresh and make them the place-to-be for all info.
  • Strategic growth: You find the connections between existing customer projects and new leads and grow the relationships.
  • Internet detective: Online research is your thing – you’re constantly researching new contacts and know how to get them excited about Tracks & Fields.
  • Marketing with style: You keep our marketing materials up to date and make sure they are as compelling as our projects.
  • Campaigns that work: You’ll design, monitor and optimize campaigns on social media.
  • Creative industry on the radar: You follow the industry and identify sales opportunities.
  • PR-Connections: You build relationships with the trade press and ensure that our PR really goes through the roof.

  • Language genius: You speak and write German and English like your mother tongue.
  • Social-Media-Wizard: You know all the tricks of the trade when it comes to the relevant social media and guaranteeing maximum engagement.
  • Idea artist: Your head is bursting with creative ideas – always on the lookout for new ways to generate interest in Tracks & Fields.
  • Strategic thinker: You see the big picture and understand how the pieces need to fit together to maximize impact. You review which ideas work and which don’t and optimize your approach.
  • Internet Explorer: You are a pro at internet research, finding information in no time and optimizing processes for maximum success.
